These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of Hello Boss’s AI voice and WhatsApp automation services, website, software, and related support services. By creating an account, requesting a demonstration, or using our services, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, the organisation you represent.

1. Our services

Hello Boss provides configurable AI agents that help businesses manage customer conversations, including incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, bookings, enquiries, and operational workflows. Service availability, features, integrations, and usage limits may vary by plan, configuration, or region.

2. Accounts and authorised users

You must provide accurate information and keep account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account and for ensuring that your authorised users comply with these terms. Please tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access or a security incident.

3. Acceptable use

You must use the services lawfully and must not use them to send unlawful, misleading, abusive, discriminatory, or infringing communications. You are responsible for obtaining any notices, consents, approvals, and permissions required to contact your customers, record calls, process personal data, or send messages under laws applicable in Singapore, Malaysia, and any other location relevant to your use.

4. Fees and payment

Fees, billing frequency, taxes, and any applicable usage charges are set out in your order form, subscription plan, or invoice. Payments are due in the currency and timeframe stated there. We may suspend access for overdue amounts after giving reasonable notice, where permitted by law.

5. Your data and privacy

You retain ownership of the information and content you provide to the services. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, and support that content in order to provide the services. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy and is intended to align with applicable privacy requirements, including Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 and Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act 2010.

6. Intellectual property

Hello Boss and its licensors retain all rights in the services, software, documentation, branding, and underlying technology. Except for the limited right to use the services during your subscription, these terms do not transfer ownership of our intellectual property to you.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The services are provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hello Boss is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

8. Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the Hello Boss entity providing your services, subject to mandatory consumer and privacy protections that apply to you. We may update these terms from time to time. Material updates will be posted here or otherwise communicated to you, and continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
