FAQ

Questions, answered

The things people ask before they book a demo. If yours is not here, ask us and we will answer it properly.

Which channels does the agent answer on?

Phone calls and WhatsApp. The same agent handles both, with the same memory of the customer — someone who called last week is not starting again when they message this week.

What languages does it speak?

It answers in the language the customer opens with, across the languages spoken in Singapore and Malaysia. For a business whose customers switch language mid-sentence, that is usually the difference between a booking and a hang-up.

Where do its answers come from?

Your own material. Point it at your website, your menu and your documents, and it answers from what you actually publish — so when you change your hours or your prices, the agent changes with them. It is not working from a script somebody wrote for a different business.

What happens when it cannot answer something?

It escalates, during the call, to whoever you have nominated — and you decide what counts. Some businesses route anything urgent; others route anything the agent has not seen before. The agent does not guess at an answer it does not have.

Can it take payment?

For orders, yes. It sends a payment link on WhatsApp — which is the part a phone call cannot do, since nobody can read a payment URL down a phone line. The kitchen or the counter sees a paid order rather than a promise.

Do we keep our existing phone number?

Yes. You can use the number we provide as your main line, or keep your existing number and forward the calls you cannot answer to the agent. Most businesses start with the second and move to the first once they trust it.

What do we get after a call?

A summary with the caller's details, what they wanted and what the agent did, plus the recording and transcript. It arrives while the conversation is still fresh, not at the end of the day.

How does an enterprise deployment differ?

The agent is wired into the systems your team already works in — identifying callers against your customer records, raising tickets, and handing to a person with the context attached. That is scoped with you rather than configured from a settings page.

How long does setup take?

A single business can be answering calls within days. An enterprise deployment takes longer, because the work is in the integrations and the escalation rules rather than the agent itself.

How do we get started?

Book a demo. We will set an agent up against your own menu, booking flow or support journey so you can hear it handle your work rather than a generic example.

Ready to put your operations on autopilot?

Two ways in, depending on the size of the operation. Both start with a real conversation rather than a form.
